ITIL,_6_month_Contract,_Dublin_-_Immediate_Start!
Are you an ITIL expert, either at the strategic level or hands on? If so then
we want to hear from you as we have a number of ITIL roles at the moment.
Ideally you will have experience of governance between on outsourcing vendor
and a client. You need to understand what the client needs to do in order to
manage and govern the relationship with the vendor. You will need to have ITIL
v3 Strategy, Transition and Operation or ITILv3 Expert.
Essential Skills
* Strong experience in ITIL
* Good consulting experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good communicative skills essential. Will need to liaise with/report to
architects, project managers, test managers and business users
* Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills
